Doctors & Hospitals
Since NDPH is such a rare condition, not many doctors or hospitals specialize in treating it. Your best bet is to find a Headache Center or a neurologist who specializes in Headache Medicine near you.
Some of the top Headache Specialists with experience in NDPH are listed below. This is not an exhaustive list.

Jefferson has some of the top headache specialists in the country, and offers an infusion center and inpatient lidocaine, DHE, and ketamine infusions. The Headache Center conducts a lot of research, so there are opportunities to try new devices or medications, and fellows are involved in your care. They do require an out-of-pocket psychological evaluation before becoming a patient. Communicating with the front office and getting an appointment can sometimes be difficult (lots of phone trees). In my experience, the doctors are willing to try new things and won't give up. They do seem to have more options for migraine-type patients, but if your NDPH is not typical or doesn't respond to their infusion protocol, your results may vary.

The Diamond Clinic is the largest and oldest private headache clinic in the U.S. It has both inpatient and outpatient treatment options, but seems to be big on inpatient IV infusions. They also emphasize lifestyle changes, dietary planning, and psychological counseling. Communication and response times from the clinic are sometimes slow. Additionally, they offer acupuncture, biofeedback, physical therapy, Botox injections, and nerve blocks.

The Michigan Headache & Neurological Institute is the nation's first comprehensive head pain treatment and research center. It offers a variety of treatment options, including medications, physical therapy, psychological care, and pain management procedures. MHNI also has dedicated divisions for head pain, general pain management, and sleep disorders. They offer a wider array of pain management procedures than other centers (such as radiofrequency ablation and cryoneurolysis), and are very involved in various research projects.

Although Dr. Rozen is a doctor and not a headache clinic, he is on this list because he has extensively researched and treated NDPH, and appears to be one of the few specialists who specifically deals with NDPH as opposed to other kinds of headache disorders.
Dr. Matthew Kline is a pain management specialist who focuses on interventional treatments for headache. He has treated many patients with NDPH and offers cervical facet blocks, diagnostic nerve blocks, and other interventions.
Members of several online NDPH support/research groups have recommended MSK Neurology and Kjetil Larsen as a potential source to investigate the cause of NDPH/issues that appear "normal" on all scans. He offers online consultations on his website.
