NDPH Survey & Results

If you wish to take a short survey (~5 minutes) on your NDPH and treatments that have/ have not worked for you, please click here. No identifying information will be collected (it is anonymous) and your survey results will only be included on this website page if you give your permission at the end of the survey .

As more people (hopefully) take the survey, the results will hopefully allow visitors to this website to gain more information and clues as to which treatments/medications seem to work best for certain NDPH types (migraine-type, tension-type, neuralgia-type, or other).

Survey results will be displayed here (as de-identified pie charts showing percentages of each answer) once a sufficient number of people have taken the survey. I will try to update this page periodically.
